Pros

Salary high and benefits decent

Cons

I'm writing this review as a warning to anyone considering joining or investing in this company. The management is abysmal, the leadership is nonexistent, and the CEO is single-handedly destroying the company. The tone-deaf leadership is staggering. Decisions are made without input from those who know the business, leading to a string of poor choices. The CEO is out of touch, and it shows. The wrong people are in leadership positions, stifling innovation and demotivating staff. If I were to summarize: this company is a disaster waiting to happen. Avoid at all costs. I've heard rumors of massive turnover, plummeting morale, and a CEO who's more concerned with personal gain than the company's well-being. If you're looking for a place to grow and thrive, look elsewhere.

Pros

I work for consulting. Some of your coworkers are nice.

Cons

Do not rely on your Performance Counselor (PC); they are indifferent to your situation. Your performance is your own responsibility. If your PC receives any signals from senior management, they will not defend you—they too need to secure their position within the new management structure. Additionally, do not place your trust in your Partner. If they have a negative perception of you, they may subtly influence your coworkers and PC to gather negative feedback, thereby justifying the process. I’ve witnessed this happen to several colleagues and, unfortunately, didn’t realize it until it happened to me. If you notice a shift in people’s attitudes, it might be time to consider changing jobs. Certain discussions took place in meetings where we were instructed to gather ‘feedback’ without informing you. I once risked my job giving hints to my staff yet s/he didn’t even catch it and chose to believe in the senior management. My sincere advice is not to join unless you have absolutely no other offers. I deeply regret turning down other opportunities and joining AMLLP a couple of years ago. Fortunately, I'm now happily out. PS, If you want to see the real unfiltered comments, I suggest you check Fishbowl as well.
