Pros

They really make sure your confident on the phones before sending you off on your own. A lot of training, good benefits. Great job if you have the patience to learn.

Cons

Started out part-time, pay could be much better for the work you're required to do. A lot of learning.

Pros

A Self disciplined, motivated employee will never have an issue. Excellent company, excellent job, decent pay, must enjoy working with the public, an employee's customer service skills need to be as good as technical job skills.

Cons

Working in all Weather conditions, -30 to 120 degrees, rain, thunderstorms, blizzards, high winds, employees must enjoy working outside and be able to cope with the elements

Pros

Good amount of overtime and good people to work with.

Cons

The scale of customer happiness vs employee happiness is severely tipped in the favor of customer. The command structure will do anything and sacrifice whomever in order to keep the customer happy.
