This is an amazing company to work for. They are truly there for their employees. My father passed away and my mother needed around the clock care. Armstrong was amazing through my family’s time to grieve as well as getting things in order to take care of my mom. They gave me the time off I needed no questions asked. The supervisors have been super supportive and checked in on me when I did come back to work. They always make sure the employees have what they need to succeed and are willing to help when an employee needs assistance.

Cons

sometimes the job can get overwhelming because calls come in back to back but with breaks and personal time you get time to refocus and do the best you can do

Stable, family-focused, supportive, room for advancement, numerous departments, and appropriate job-specific training.

Cons

I cannot think of any. Armstrong is very supportive of the employees and contract labor.
