      Pros

      Pros are the people you get to connect with. The school benefits are also good. Some jobs come with large bonuses as well.

      Cons

      Going into the field and trying to balance a civilian life with the part time military. Consistent PT during the month was the hardest thing to control.

      Health care option You get to do cool things like shooting weapons

      Cons

      Long hours - not a standard 8-5 thus lower pay per hour You can get called up randomly with minimal notice Can affect outside full time employment

      Chance for deployment to dangerous areas, mandatory military training according to their schedule not yours, must meet military physical requirements
