Pros

Serving in the National Guard was a different experience for me compare to active duty. It has the same benefits and more. It allows you to have two MOS, cross training, traveling to some places for training and being able to be flexible

Cons

COC doesn’t pay attention to the most important part of the unit which is administration and support team. It is great to train and be ready to defend our country, states, and the citizens... However, there are some areas that needs attention.
