      Pros

      Easy work, track 3 radio systems and 2 computer systems. Repair all systems as issues come up. Track stock and order as needed. Maintain logs on individual equipment. Train troops.

      Cons

      Deal with being platoon leader. Everyone loved you if everything worked and hated you when it didnt. Travel to multiple locations to repair and train troops.

      Pros

      I enjoyed working with the people I worked with. As a 30 year veteran of the National Guard, serving as an M-day soldier and a full-time T-10 AGR staff officer, I throughly enjoyed the numerous duty assignments I had. I also enjoyed the various locations I traveled throughout the world.

      In the full-time world of the National Guard, politics are involved.
