Pros

Supportive Leadership Array's executive leadership team fosters a collaborative and respectful environment. They value feedback, provide clear direction, and ensure that everyone feels included in the journey toward our goals. Strong Team Dynamics Collaboration and mutual support among team members is unparalleled. Of all of the places I have worked, Array is the only place where everyone at all levels is committed to excellence, cooperation and mutual growth. Opportunities for Growth Array offers excellent opportunities for professional growth. Whether expanding into new product areas or taking on leadership roles, there’s always a chance to advance and develop new skills. Impactful Work Working on high-stakes projects has been incredibly rewarding. Seeing our solutions come to life and make a difference for our clients is a significant motivator. Commitment to Compliance and Quality The company’s dedication to meeting regulatory standards and delivering top-notch solutions is impressive. The focus on compliance and best practices shows a deep commitment to both our clients and industry standards.

Cons

Communication Challenges Occasionally, there can be communication issues between departments or with clients, which might impact project timelines or efficiency. Though we always assume the best intent and know that each contributor is strong and competent, as a startup, everyone wears several hats and communication and ownership can get muddy. Resource Constraints Considering everyone's' commitment to excellence some roles and responsibilities are quite demanding, often self-inflicted, which may affect work-life balance for some employees.

Pros

The pay is solid to good, the people you work with are truly awesome. They're supportive, they have your back, they're intelligent, and they're bought into the same mission.

Cons

The workload can be high at times and in various roles. I have worked in two positions within Array and have felt, at times, like there was too much on my plate. Others have expressed hesitation around reaching out for support, fearful they will be punished, but I haven't seen that first hand.

Pros

The people, products and working towards a clear state of enterprise readiness. I have also grown so much professionally during my 1+ year here. From what I have seen managers are expected to performance manage and this different from layoffs, so the quarterly layoffs mentioned in some of these posts are pretty inaccurate.

Cons

Never ending amount of work, so being really focused on the right things is important- have to have discipline to not get side tracked
