Pros
It seems like leadership is making efforts to address many of the issues listed in other reviews. Everyone I've worked with so far has been incredibly kind and helpful. This is a rare example of a company I've come across that seems to not only be willing to, but expects to, train you on the job. There is a lot of flexibility and good perks. I'm not sure how they stack up to other tech startups, but it was a huge improvement for me coming from a non tech background. It seems as though there's a lot of room for growth, although I haven't been here long enough to go through a formal review cycle or promotion.
Cons
Many teams and individuals seem to be stretched very thin, partially due to layoffs, which affects morale and quality of work.
