Everything else but in the spirit of brevity I will focus on the worst. Leadership is hands down the worst part of this generally terrible experience, which is saying quite a lot. I shouldn’t really call it leadership though-it’s more a collection of impulsive, unqualified ego maniacs who are put in a position of power for reasons unbeknownst to 99% of the organization. It’s like a puppet show of lord of the flies + the hunger games if little machiavellis were the puppet masters and these little machiavellis were also 13 year old middle school bullies
