      Good benefits, remote first, thats it

      Cons

      Bad culture, no support, management is terrible. I’ve been here for 6 months and management knows nothing about me personally, and they seemingly have no interest in making sure I'm able to be the best at my job as possible. Just no support.

      Paid weekly, fully remote, flexible hours

      Cons

      - Placed on a team doing different work than what was hired for - Constant churn in staffing, product priorities, and workload - No 30-60-90 plans when hired, new employees are not set up for success - No processes are documented & you'll get different answers to a question depending on who you ask - There is no support for ICs, you are on your own to figure out what to work on and how to do it, so good luck.
