      It’s not a place for someone who likes planned structure. A lot of change but it works for me

      Pros

      The work is very interesting. The processes are good using Scrum, and the company strives to provide sufficient lead time for projects. Communication is good, and transparency is evident at all levels. There is plenty of opportunity to interact with other engineers, including the principal engineers. It's also hard to beat fully remote.

      Cons

      There is a decent amount of tech debt that needs to be addressed.

      Pros

      Real belief in work/life balance, attention to personal career growth, nurturing of potential. As much as can be managed, Array really does care about the whole person, not just worker output.

      Cons

      Due to market factors that have affected revenue, the company has had to make two rounds of layoffs in the last six months. It is currently unclear if there will need to be more. If job security is a priority for you, working for a startup probably isn't for you.
