Paid weekly, fully remote, flexible hours

Cons

- Placed on a team doing different work than what was hired for - Constant churn in staffing, product priorities, and workload - No 30-60-90 plans when hired, new employees are not set up for success - No processes are documented & you'll get different answers to a question depending on who you ask - There is no support for ICs, you are on your own to figure out what to work on and how to do it, so good luck.

it used to be the people but they ruined that with the very consistent quarterly lay offs

Cons

morale is horrible, management doesn't know what they are doing, they dont care about their people, the CEO has no idea how to build a successful culture, transparent communication from the top down is non existent, unless its layoffs, those are a constant. it's not an enjoyable place to work.

Cons

1. Highly mismanaged - executive leadership is a joke/battle of egos 2. Non-existing/Poor work culture 3. Quarterly layoffs
