Pros

You can learn management skills. Hybrid schedule.LEARN what you can and get out! Free food Mondays and Fridays. Great benefits but that’s how they try to keep you!

Cons

No proper training. There’s orientation in which you learn the basics and then you will get on the floor and shadow someone who probably has been in the position 3 months. Too many meetings. No consistency at this job. You will get accounts added to your portfolio with no heads up! They will fill your plate when they see you can handle it ! You don’t have assigned seating. It’s a call center environment. They hire MAJORITY young entry level people because the pay is low. You get paid salary to prevent from OT pay. Work Life balance sucks! You will feel as if you’re punished for taking off work even if you have time. The company is too relaxed with no structure yet they are strict. You will be a number here! Get in and out!

Cons

Don't let the other reviews fool you, they're fake. Racist, sexist, and homophobic work environment, terrible management...... you don't get paid enough for the work and expectations they give you

Pros

When people leave, you may be able to work more hours to get paid overtime depending on how work is delegated or distributed. You may be able to work in a remote-hybrid environment. The company provides free food at the office. There are opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Sales teams are never held accountable to do things right so this will cause you headaches with your work. Processes are never improving or working efficiently, they just keep changing. Most people you will work with in accounting don't have an accounting background, they just get moved over from sale-like positions half of the time. High turnover in the department. They don't actually follow their company values. Your payroll might be wrong from time to time.
