Management is unable to think critically to keep people there and happy. I was pulling in more than $250K/ month in profit for the company and was told that I wasn't pulling in enough business to get an assistant so I could get some of my personal life back. Also management expects you to work the weekends and holidays. There were numerous times where I had a date, night out, etc delayed or had to be cancelled because they will refuse to get adequate help for their people. Also there is very little career progression as an individual contributor, the promotions are the exact same role with a new title and no new responsibilities to talk about. You will have to wait at least 3+ years to get an assistant manager position. There is a reason why the turnover is massive.

They claim they are a “tech” company which is all smoke and mirrors as they get ready to sell off. Inexperienced leadership does not have strategy or tech experience beyond the traditional brokerage operations to make. Typical freight frat house with very little diversity. Heard management consistently belittle employees that did not dress or have the same interest as you would expect from a Frat bro.
