You can make a lot of money as long as you are not in a support service position

Nepotism No diversity No work life balance Leadership doesn’t care about its employees, they feel that since it is an employer market right now they can do what they want Use to be progressive and trying to compete with other companies by offering perks that most new hires want these days but they are slowly taking away those things. No transparency Most managers hate their jobs and are just waiting for them to sell so they can collect on their equity

Decent job, just not right industry for me

Good hours, M-F 7am-4pm Free lunch on Mondays and Fridays

Cons

Can be a toxic environment very quickly Gotten to the point where there’s too many employees so management doesn’t seem genuine
