Lack of Care/Concern

Pros

The free food offered on Fridays. My last supervisor and lead I had were cool. There are some career opportunities.

Cons

The set up. There are no desks, no cubicles. You literally sit at a long table elbow to elbow with co-workers. Weird. They switched to cubicles for a short time during Covid. Then decided to harass people back into office to work in an unsafe environment back to sitting elbow to elbow. Lack of care for employees health. Lack of training, literally sink or swim. Lack of diversity. Oftentimes it’s very nosey. Just not the best working environment. No equal pay. There will be others that do the same job as you and get paid more. By far the worst company I’ve worked for.

Pros

None. Worst company I have ever worked for.

Cons

No work/life balance. No training. Archaic reporting in manually maintained Excel spreadsheets. Poor management. Going concern issues. Payroll/benefit issues. Dumpy office. Unprofessional workforce. They advertise that they offer Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance, but it’s actually United Healthcare.

Pros

Coworkers are pretty cool. Everyone suffers together so creates kind of a comradery. Free food on Monday and Friday. Benefits are ok.

Cons

If you wanna work here, be a biz dev rep, your work might actually be rewarding if you’re lucky. PLEASE for the love of god do not apply to be an Account Executive, you are literally just a glorified assistant to business development reps. Your job is literally just being yelled at for things that are out of your control. You have to constantly clean up other people’s messes. Not to mention the absolute insane hours you are forced to work, your first 3 months you will be working 7-5 EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. No breaks btw which is unheard of, they want you glued to your seat 10 hours a day. Some managers (at least mine) love to micromanage you, will literally get upset if you write an email that is not to their liking even if it gets the point across perfectly fine. After working here for a few months now I don’t even feel like myself anymore, I have lost all motivation and am completely burnt out. Please do yourself a favor, don’t work here. There’s so many places that are much less toxic.
