-7am to 5pm hours with only 5 days off per year for your first few years at the company (and you have to earn your days off) -You will get paid minimum wage for the first 3 or so months at the company before making your base salary -Commission structure is so messed up, don't make commission right away, have to 'graduate' to then make it, yet graduation isn't based off of any clear metrics... it's very hazy -Micromanagement is apparent across the company and is even more frustrating considering the long hours and minimal pay -You have to keep a 'hustle score' which takes 100+ calls per day to maintain. -Big frat scene, lots of belittlement for those who don't fit the culture -Half of my training class had quit within the first 3 months

Was literally told “eff you” by a carrier rep moving my customers freight on an enterprise account I was running. No professionalism unless your in the csuite level. Even then poor leadership. Also Matt Pyat sucks. Didn’t have the balls to be honest about the reason for closing the Chattanooga branch. Promised he wouldn’t do it because they saw us as a necessary place to be. 1 month we’re shut down and news comes out they took a 300 million investment from ATL partners. What a effing joke. Didn’t even come down to tell us. Sent Chelsea woodhead on a zoom to tell us there was no logistics talent in Chattanooga and that was the reason….. they must have forgotten we have over 75 transportation companies In this town as well as a tech hub for the industry. In the end glad I left. Worst company I’ve ever worked for. Sorry to say it, but this is not an industry for people who want to get a head in life. Start your own company instead of working for this corporate BS. Anyone looking at logistics… I suggest don’t. High turnovers for a reason.
