Pros

Great job for recent college grads still living with their parents. The pay isn't enough to live on unless you work in upper management. Work experience is great.

Cons

If you're looking for a career, steer clear. If you're looking for a temporary job or first job out of college, this is definitely a great find. This company is a revolving door, average length of employment is 6 months to a year. The wages at this company are typical for a third party logistics organization. If you go sales, expect to be used to generate a few new leads before they hand them off to someone else and let you go. The company has recently gone through mass layoffs of 300+ people. After the layoffs they implimented company wide paycuts. They also started reorganizing as I was leaving. Their main focus is piling on the workload and paying as little as possible, leveraging the current COVID crises to get away with it. The management team is incredibly young and inexperienced. Nepetism and popularity run rampant. Expect to be a replaceable number while working for this company.

Pros

Good coworkers. Free Lunch on Fridays'

Cons

Required to make 100 calls a day, 3 sales a day. IF you get more than 5 sales a day but not 100 calls, oh guess what, you're in trouble. This company is all about numbers. At the end of the day, if you're making the company money, but not the phone call quota, better luck next time. LFG! Also, if there are any women that work there, you'll see the guys in management swoon over them. I believe it's because there are like 90% guys in the company, but that's unprofessional regardless. Lastly, there's no diversity here. Like 85% white in the office. As a person of color, I saw maybe 10 individuals of color. And 3 of them got laid off with me.
