Pros

Not much. Working 50+ hours with a non competitive salary. Very toxic industry but coworkers were good.

Cons

Company has unrealistic goals for you to hit and if you're not one of the lucky few to get handed accounts good luck making any sort of money.

Pros

Breakfast on Monday, Free lunch on Friday, nice up to date buildings, good health insurance, the company tries to build a decent culture, hybrid schedule, exposure to the logistics industry.

Cons

Shady management, coworkers are not authentic at all, you will not receive honest feedback. Management in the accounting department will tip toe around how they really feel about you. There are false promises made and they expect you to learn the job very quickly. Decisions are made abruptly and explained to the team last minute.

Casual dress, in Chicago down area, drinks Friday.

Cons

Lack of accountability, lack of communication with managers and the floor. Horror hours, 7-4, maybe you can sneak in a 30 min lunch break. Work does t stop after 4, be ready to have your phone blown up. You are lucky if you work with a great sales representative that cares about their account and works with you and not against you.
