Good Atmosphere, free lunch on Monday & Friday's, Good health insurance, free coffee

Cons

Hard to move vertically, Compensation structure was just slashed on commission, took away 1 remote day a week to 5 days in office. Insane amount of sales people. Great place to get your foot in the door, but the days of bagging whales is over here. New reps are restricted to focusing on small accounts

On site coffee and snacks. Lunch provided on 2 /5 days a week. Team outings. Decent salary. Paid training.

Cons

Unprofessional work environment. Management is not good and very selfish. Good boys club. Never enough work done for what they pay.
