Pros

The people with the team and other departments are great to work with. You can count on older team members to help when you need it. Work with some great people on the team and on other teams.

Cons

Management does not understand accounting or specific team member needs, only focused on numbers and highest productivity. You are provided a vision of being able to make a good amount of extra money with the bonus but due to frequent changes in metrics, you have to work double the hours and most likely will not see the extra funds. Working on weekends and during your sick/ vacation time is a must to keep up. There is no work-life balance for people with families.

No pros, this is one of the biggest issues I have here

Cons

No work/life balance. Nobody wants to come into the office 5 days a week for a job they can do at home
