Unless you have the personality for it you’ll probably burnout

Earring potential is high if you work hard and are dealt the right cards

Cons

You basically work 24/7 in a high stress environment. You have to be so money motivated that you don’t mind working around the clock to get that bag. Which works for some people but I would not think most if you are in sales transportation is a very grueling industry in general it’s not just arrive

Not a very inclusive or supportive work environment

-Gym -Expanded office space -Really great office managers

Cons

-Long hours and lunch breaks are nonexistent -Major lack of diversity. At least 80% male and 90% white. Some senior members aren't inclusive or supportive of the LGBTQ+ Community -Not supportive of employees who get sick with Covid -Equal pay discrepancies
