The most inexperienced, unprofessional, novice recruiting staff. They will bombard you with phone calls and emails during business hours. In most cases common sense would prevail and most would assume the candidate was either not interested or was unavailable to speak about new opportunities. Not here, they lose clients due to the complete lack of professionalism. Zero support from upper management once assigned to a project as a contractor. When questions are posed back to management, answers take entirely too long to be provided. Management does not check in periodically on their assigned candidate to gauge how the project is going etc.

They set their contractors/employees up for failure. I worked for over a year at a large client of theirs. I represented Artech well in my placement and in fact was placed in a different state with the same large client. I needed funds to move to the alternate state, moved and worked for two weeks, then they paid me for one, emptied that check to a zero balance, and refuse to assist with waiting for a full pay period before deducting or even advancing further so I can get established. Knowing I have $12 and have to stay at a hotel for now, they told me I would have to wait two weeks for my next paycheck. I advised them that I may ultimately have to move and thus quit the job...they do not care for the customer's quality of service.
