Cons

This company lied to me at the time of joining after joining they literally turned their back on me and dined by saying sorry that we can not fulfill your requirement which we agreed on at the time of joining.

Pros

If you crack the interview with the client, you get to work. There won't be any communication with Artech. No one will check on you on how you are doing at the job. If you consider that as pro then it's a pro. I would suggest to go past the first 2 pages of the reviews. The reality of working with Artech is past the first page.

Cons

I will list them down for easier read. 1. No benefits. Artech does not pay even a single penny for insurance. Everything is out of pocket. No discount provided. You get the same price as on the marketplace. If you shell out extra $10-20 you can get an advanced healthcare that covers everything from marketplace. 2. No PTO. If you work with them for 5 years you'll still get 0 PTO. 3. No hike. You can work with them for years together and never will you get even a 1% hike. 4. No communication. When you get a job, there'll be a point of contact assigned to you. They will keep changing every 2-3 months. So you are left to just call on their office number and randomly ask for assistance. You will be put on hold and transferred from 1 person to another until you hang up. 5. If you are on visa and need visa assistance (opt, stem forms, H1 filing/extension/rfe, green card), RUN!!! Run as fast as you can. They will never help you out. They will delay everything. Any amount of calling or emailing will not help. You'll get answers like "I'm waiting on the team to get back to me", "The rules are changing", "We can provide you with the client letter but we'll have to change a few things on it". You cannot rely on them whatsoever. Do not trust them when it comes to your visa. They don't care about what your problems are. If you are lucky, your client might help you out more than Artech. If not, then goodluck trying to figure things out for yourself. Artech does not care about you. You are just a money making machine for them. Stay AWAY!!!!

Pros

For a traditional employee, there may be many pros, however, should you be a contractor, there are no pros to doing business with this company.

Cons

Artech has no up front financial investment with contractors and keeps payments well past 15 days, I waited 127 days for payment on valid invoices.
