Artech L.L.C. reviews

As a an employee of Artech who is contracted out to another company, Artech provides NO support for my contract whatsoever. When my contracting company decides to furlough my days per month or decrease my salary, Artech does absolutely NOTHING to help compensate. Artech gets paid every week by my contracting company at least 25% more than I get paid yet they do nothing to give some of that profit back to the employee to help maintain a steady annual salary. In addition, in the 8 years I've worked for Artech (yes I should have moved on long ago) they have NEVER held a single employee review or provided a promotion or salary increase. They are COMPLETELY hands-off and have no desire to support you whatsoever. They are only in it for the commission and do not consider contractors to be of any other value. I should clarify that my contracting company considers me an excellent contractor and has kept me on their team for 8 years and are continuing to give me the most complex projects. However the specific account I work for issues global salary and work reductions that are unavoidable. My complaint is with the fact that Artech does nothing to support me or maintain my salary, and after 8 years my salary has only gone backwards from when I started.

Although this is a big company, it won't last for very long. Terrible leadership from top to bottom. I've never worked for an organization where management is so unprofessional and disconnected that employees are constantly looking to leave. Sales team is always taking shortcuts to meet quotas, HR is a joke and the recruiters are dishonest. You see people walking into this company with the desire to do great and put their best foot forward, but your motivation is quickly shut down because you are not allowed to make a difference.
