Horrible management. Employees are insulted, not trusted and used brutally for personal growth and gains. Don't you dare think about growth and thinking about next steps. You are instructed weekly on what needs to be done and thats as far as you are allowed to think. They watch the clock as to when each person walks in, don't you ever imagine taking a break even 2 mins longer than you're allowed. You are infact asked to STOP taking lunch breaks, and put in extra hours of work, without getting paid ofcourse. The manager bitches about one employee to the other, insults employees in team meetings. You are not allowed to talk to co workers. The benefits are extremely poor, there is no positivity in the environment. Employees are encouraged to back stab other employees in front of the manager.Manager is very insecure and sees the team getting close as a personal threat as that might result in people actually voicing out their rage against the manager. If you are a genuine, happy, positive person looking to work hard and be mentally healthy, STAY AWAY from this org. They will insult you, use anything that you say against you to make your life hell. Only people who stay here are the ones who are bound to the company because of visa issues, else people run as far as possible within max one year. Horrible manager, horrible ethics. Zero human values.
