My former company was bought out by Artech recently. The transition has been mortifying with important information regarding insurance, benefits, and payroll log in information being relayed a day before given deadlines. We were to verify our payroll information a few weeks before the takeover, experienced some issues logging in with credentials, and kept being directed to a website to submit our issues. Due to the transition from one company to another, there was almost a 3 week delay in pay which could have been handled completely different. I still seem to encounter payroll issues such as miss payment of hours. Offered insurance plans aren't much and you're better off finding better options. Very disappointed in the level of care that is given to employees and this has just been the beginning.

They didn't allow me to see their Pros. Apart from review there can't be any pros for them.

Cons

I never thought that a company like this will be so un-accountable. After starting the process, 2 weeks later they came back stating they can't proceed with my case. Beacuse of this attitude, I suffered a loss as I had to break my lease. In that 2 weeka, they didn't talk to me once to inform about process. After getting all the documents they said they can't proceed with my case.

a learning experience to prevent people from wasting time applying for this company

BEWARE!! No Benefits, No Vacation Days, No Sick days No Personal days they offer you a competitive rate at first, then after you are done with all paper work and receive your welcome package.. Everything changes to right out of high school rates, with excuses that there were budget mistakes on their side...this was done to my entire team on the east and west coast. Stay away from this company, a complete waste of time
