Only staffing company which I have seen with a solid HR/Support team

Very organized, process driven and quality focused Good support functions and supportive staff generally Lots of new initiatives which one does not see in the staffing industry

Cons

Work pressure is often quite high More could be done to make the environment more relaxed Too much focus on target achievement for recruiters. Other performance parameters tend to at times get overlooked.
