I had a very good experience in my 2 years with the company so far. It has exceeded my expectations in terms of growth, learning and environment. I know many people now in the US Staffing industry and have a clear picture of how it is in other companies. I can safely say that this is one of the best if not the best in this industry.

Cons

It can be very demanding in terms of performance. Growth is rapid but at times not entirely clear.

Working hours! Difficult to manage night shifts for too long..required to stretch on quite a few occasions.

This was my second organization after working for 3 months in a large BPO. I wasn't sure what to expect when I joined but was made to feel very comfortable and more importantly, I was given time to learn about the industry and the work. Now that I have worked here for more than 9 months, I can confidently say that I wish to build my career in the staffing industry. Where ever I work in the future, I will always look back at Artech as the company which helped my make that career decision.

Cons

Working hours which are not only odd but often long. Makes it difficult to manage over a long period of time.
