I made mistakes but never felt that I would be killed for it! There is a healthy culture of allowing one to make mistakes as long as it does not get repeated. Growth can be rapid for those doing really well.

Cons

Very objective performance management but it could give more weightage to more subjective elements as well

Pros

I have worked in reputed organizations in different industries but Artech matches all of them in it's commitment to it's employees and customers. Unlike what I had expected a staffing company to be, it is not a 'hire and fire' company Very demanding in terms of performance but not unfair in how lack of it is dealt with. Very good brand name.

Cons

Loses quite a few good performers to competitors who offer much higher salaries.

Very employee friendly company. I have worked with 3 large staffing organizations prior to Artech and to say that Artech is way ahead of them would be an understatement! It's not a hire and fire company for starters. There are excellent growth opportunities besides being led by a great team of leaders. I look forward to spending several years with the company.

Cons

None that I have seen or experienced yet!
