Artemis takes the initiative to listen to employees to make the company better. Working here you feel like you have a say in the strategic decisions of the company. Senior management and the CEO are very in tuned with your career goals and connect you with resources to achieve them. Not to mention, the culture is very friendly and welcoming. You are constantly faced with new challenging problems while working with a large breathe of clients from mid-level market players to Fortune 500 companies.
Cons
Communication can be a challenge in a 100% remote model, but I have found you get out what you put in. Artemis also schedules a week-long training event to bring all of its employees together to put faces to names and create a stronger community.
