Pros

I love working at Artemis--it's a really close team and everyone supports each other. It is a flat organization where everyone's opinion is valued. You can be very open about what you want to do with your career and where you want to go, even if it is outside of Artemis, and the team will support you and help you in reaching your goals to get there.

Cons

It's a pro and a con, but the company is remote and that can be hard for some people. You need to be really self-motivated.
