Pros

- The company (itself, not for the employees) has terrific growth opportunities.

Cons

- Pay was so-so - If you're a do-er, do not work here unless you get a fat contract or you're highly capable of navigating corporate BS. - Due to quota system, managers vie for credit of work done. Got pretty nasty when I was there.
