None. None. None None None

Cons

Toxic culture. Leadership team is terrible. You will never know what will be your last day. Managers prefer micro management. You will never be appreciated. You will only get a slice of pizza's as appreciation. In my tenure I have seen good employees let go and bad one’s promoted.

Our business transformation has led to a lot of change, this has impacted some teams more than others. Reading your review, we’re saddened to hear about your experience. However, looking at the data of our mid-year (anonymous) engagement survey, your experience does not seem to reflect the experience the majority of our employees have. We asked the following questions - I feel valued at work. - My performance is evaluated fairly. - In the last seven days, I have received recognition or praise for doing good work. - I have a positive relationship with my manager. - My manager gives me actionable feedback on a regular basis. - My manager supports me in my work. and, the majority of our employees gave positive responses. That being said, given managers' impact, we recognize we can do better. This is why we’ve just launched our Remarkably Better Leadership program.

Pursuing improved supply chain and logistics performance requires us to continuously evaluate all of our locations. As a result, our network has seen some changes as we evolve, all while monitoring costs. This includes the opening of 3 of our largest fulfilment centers in the past 12 month. We now have 4 large fulfillment centers, 2 on each coast. The decisions behind these also factor in where we see higher customer demand geographically and proximity to these fulfillment centres. Unfortunately, after this thorough analysis and consideration of current market conditions, some smaller locations, such as Denver, were closed. =While this was not the outcome we originally anticipated, we are grateful for the amazing people who we worked with, and we wish them the best in their future. - Tim Melland, VP, Logistics
