Pros

Top notch company with high profile projects. Many knowledgeable engineers at the DC office, plus you can connect with folks in other offices. Plenty of resources available to learn new and exciting things. Alot of young, hardworking engineers. Great 401k plan.

Cons

Work life balance is non-existent and WFH due to the pandemic made it even worst. Feels like everyone is working around the clock and on weekends. Some PMs are inconsiderate and expect production almost instantly without getting feedback from the project team. Too many projects and not many staff available to get the work completed. Too many unnecessary meetings which eats up too much time from your daily work. Pay is below industry. Getting a PE is a bonus and not a salary increase.
