      Nice Projects. Cool and trendy setting. Brand recognition due to high profile projects. Good benefits.

      Cons

      The firm tries too hard to be trendy and innovative that they often overlook the groundwork of their projects. Hence the more dependable yet introverted folks doing the nitty-gritty don't get recognized, while the more pretentiousness do. This in turn creates a toxic work environment where people are afraid to be honest and ask questions.
