When I was reviewing Asana Glassdoor reviews before I joined, I thought they were all fake and there is no way the reviews are real. I can completely assure you that they are real and no one paid me to write this review. This is the best company I have ever worked for. The management team is genuinely interested in making sure employees are happy. My experience at Asana is very utopian and I don't plan to leave any time soon, unless some other company pays me a lot more money (50%+ - I probably won't leave for anything less). There is a "no a**h***" policy here. That doesn't mean there are no disagreements with colleagues but we hire people with the emotional intelligence to have constructive conversations.

Cons

Base pay is lower compared to FANG and there is no 401K matching but the stock price appreciation has basically made it a better decision for me to join Asana instead of FANG. The stock won't go up forever and management needs to find other ways (410K matching, bonuses, good RSU refreshers etc.) to continue to keep employee turnover very low.
