I can see why everyone drinks the kool aid
Pros
Amazing work/life balance Very generous onboarding timeline Extremely nice and intelligent people Thoughtful and empathetic Unlimited PTO that you actually are encouraged to take - to expand on this, there is a project where we let people know what days we will be out. i've taken off probably about a week so far in my 4 months there as i had to take care of some things with moving and other personal emergencies. there was no approval needed ever - it was just put it in the HR system, communicate it in the project and you're good. the expectation is that you are an adult and as long as you get your work done, you're set. Great base salary and RSUs in a high growth company NO MEETING WEDNESDAYS - this is probably one of the best things invented ever Leadership you can get behind A lot of transparency Great health, vision, dental It's honestly the best company I've ever worked for. When I was interviewing, everyone said the same thing "the best company they've ever worked for" and honestly I'm in the same boat. They literally give you everything you need with the best work/life balance ever. You really aren't expected to work outside of working hours.
Cons
No 401k matching :( Not 100% remote but will go hybrid. Which is fine because they have a full culinary team.
