Great residents, poor Exec Director.

Pros

I enjoyed the variety of settings I could work before they were acquired by a contract company. Campus grounds and lake are beautiful, nice view of the Smoky Mountains.

Cons

I left when the former Exec Director was driving the entire site into the ground. I saw multiple talented people fill the roles of DON, administrator, and even the Chaplin.... Then out of nowhere they would be walked off the premises. However, since being acquired, they have changed management so things are hopefully better. Contract company, Select, is now running therapy. They never contacted me back after I told them what I was asking for a PRN rate.
