Pros

It’s a joy getting to know the residents and their families, and knowing you work with a lot of people that also genuinely care about them

Cons

Management prioritizes profits more than quality of care, and it shows in how downhill this place has gone just in the last year. It used to be considered a nice place, but nitpicky supervisors, understaffing, and the cheapening out of how things are done have led to a pretty bad reputation.

Beautiful campus, beautiful residents and associates

Cons

Hostile work environment. Bully management tactics. Chaotic, impulsive management. Vice President and President sets tone for how leaders treat assoc. Disrespect and aggressive communication to leaders in front of others. This experience is absolutely the worst treatment I have ever experienced. I Cont working because I’m stuck but will leave running soon! Run from this company
