Pros

Interaction with residents on campus is always a great addition to the beautiful campus.

Cons

Revenue focused only, fear of losing position if speaking out, some roles are protected, lack of support from higher level staff members. No diversity within the corporate office.

Pros

Asbury is a wonderful non profit that cares for its residents and associates. The managers care for their teams. There is open communication between teams. Any problem is handled with grace by management. Besides senior living, Asbury is growing its integrated services lines of business and reaching out to the entire community. The teamwork is there, the caring atmosphere is there, and the amazing quality of care is there at Asbury.

Cons

I cannot think of any downsides of working for Asbury Communities.
