      Pros

      I have been loving my job at AMV for nearly 20 years. I have grown a great deal thanks to the support and opportunities available here. Asbury is not only a beautiful 100 plus acre campus with walking trails and beautifully manicured green space, it also is home to well over 1,200 seniors. It really is an amazing community!

      Cons

      With the size of AMV and the number of residents we serve, communication can always be better between all associates as well as our residents. It's something we are always working on and improving.

      Great place to work. Everyone is treated like family. Also had my mother and father live here as residents for five years and was very happy with the care at the health care facility.

      Friendly, welcoming staff, beautiful campus, residents are a joy to get-to-know.

      For me, the commute from Virginia, but for seven years its been worth it.
