      Pros

      Its like one big family here at Asbury. There are residents I've known for many years and have built close relationships with. Everyone works together for the benefit of all. Its so nice to be able to come to work and just feel good about being here and looking forward to seeing the next thing that can be done to make all our lives here at Asbury even better. A vast array of programs are available at Asbury that adds more to life, living and working. Working on wellness, entertainment and one of the most beautiful campuses you would ever find is here at Asbury.

      Too many choices but maybe that's a good thing.

      "Home" Environment Beautiful Decor, Great renovations Food is fabulous Staff is very friendly

      Pros

      Residents & coworkers are great, pay competitive and experience based, beautiful campus. Overall positive work environment because of the employees.

      Cons

      Typical healthcare high turnover and understaffed on an almost daily basis. Resident acuity continues to increase, but staffing remains the same. Management leads from their office through emails and meetings.
