Pros

Mission oriented with a wonderful group of residents and Associates who on average dedicate themselves 7.3 years to Asbury Methodist Village (AMV). With over 70 countries represented in the AMV workforce, a real Community of Welcome! The PTO is very appealing too.

Cons

So many opportunities to do great work... need more time in the day. Prioritization of what to focus on first is important. Recently introduced a PTO buyback and a discount for Associates to eat in dining venues... look forward to more associate incentives.
