      Pros

      Employees will help you when you need help at all times. Many different activities offered for volunteering. Friendly employees for the most part. Flexible working schedule(Depending on the department you belong to) Good pay

      Cons

      Too much gossip. The company is too secretive about things that are occurring. You will need to be very very careful of whom you can trust. Everyone is quick to throw you under the bus. TRAINING SUCKS! You learn a lot on your own figuring things out.

Guilford Savings Bank is an organization where professional development and servant leadership are part of the fabric of the company. It is a family environment with frequent team building activities and celebrations of our successes.
