Pros
Every employer tends to have some departments which are better to work in than others because managers do make a difference. I am lucky enough to be in a roll and department which is the best job I have ever had. GSB is welcoming, have good atitudes and comunity involvement, and is run honestly and openly. All refreshing changes from previous employers. Management is largely approachable, give credit where credit is due, and willing to take advice and change.
Cons
Some branches are better provided for than others (This is already being fixed with large renovation projects) . Sometimes change comes slow due to regulation and caution.
