      Pros

      Strong individual contributors with a passion to serve clients. Great individual contributors, friendly environment, good work-life and benefits.

      Cons

      In recent years the Medhub business unit has forfeited its market leadership and a massive revenue opportunity to the competition--thanks to a few years of mismanagement, hubris, lack of product innovation, and abysmal marketing. Little to no accountability, with far too much focus on optics management, politics/drama, and protection of the status quo.

      Pros

      I lasted 3 years but giving notice soon. I gathered some good exposure to Product Dev, tech, and other areas. Meh. Most of this was self-motivated.

      Cons

      Where to begin? Under appreciated, overworked, gender-biased. It isn't worth waiting longer for things to change. Senior leadership is far removed from the regular employee but I think senior leaders prefer it that way.
