      - Salary is competitive. - At all levels below SLT the since of community is strong. - Good benefits package. - Room for advancement.

      Cons

      - Mind numbing incompetence from the management and some engineering staff. - Seems to be little interest in infrastructure. - The level of incompetence in the purchasing group is staggering.
