      Good peers at individual contributor and operator level

      Cons

      - 0 bonus for achieving about 50% EBITDA through a pandemic and 600 forced OT outage hours in Q4. Salaried employees were given a cheap plastic frame of a clip art Christmas tree as a thank you. - Senior plant management team promotes kids instead of finding decent candidates - Management does not want to be challenged by employees with technical experience - Vindictive management culture of blaming employees after management fails to do their homework on recommendations

      From Being Family to Just a Number

      Can get interesting work sometimes (but way too much)

      Everything else! They say they have values and everyone is like family. But everything goes against the workers and headcount seems to be decreasing despite justification for 0 bonus (yeah...that’s a thing) reported as a need to avoid cutting headcount. Almost all recent positive reviews are former employees who left before unreasonable work demands became routine. Look for yourself. You’ll see. I feel like this company has completely changed from one of promise and fairness to screwing workers at every chance. It’s terrible and so disappointing. I wouldn’t accept my offer if I could do it over.

      Decent wages and average benefits for this company. Helpful co-workers with years of experience, knowledge and dedicated to their jobs.

      Cons

      HR Dept rules by Intimidation, Harassment and Bullying techniques to cover up the lack of knowledge on how to handle day-to-day answers. Employees should be able to go the HR Dept with confidence that their issues are held in the utmost confidential manner. NOT IN THIS DEPARTMENT.
