excellent communications between management and general employees through frequent "ascend broadcasts;" solid benefits program; good team of people

parking is expensive; not enough office space at Houston location (although they are working on this)

Nothing. Don't make the same mistake as me.

Cons

Ascend Performance Materials is an awful company with no redeeming quality. Everything about this place is terrible. They pay is poor, and the management is even worse. The work environment is toxic and that's thanks to the terrible leadership as well. And despite the horrible managers, the HR never does anything useful.

This company gets more awful as each day goes by. The management is not doing anything about the current problems of the company, and there are too many issues now because it never resolved the ones in the past. The leadership here at Ascend Performance Materials is probably one of the most incompetent in the industry.
